FAQ

Questions, answered.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders ship from our US warehouse within [1 business day]. Delivery takes 2–5 business days, and shipping is always free. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all addresses in the contiguous United States. [Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses — confirm.]

Which size should I choose?

All three sizes stand 29.5 in / 75 cm tall. The 31.5 in (80 cm) fits most people and the tightest spaces. The 33.5 in (85 cm) adds shoulder room. The 35.4 in (90 cm) is the most spacious, ideal for broader builds or taller athletes.

How do I set it up?

Unfold the tub on a flat, smooth surface. Insert the support poles, close the drain valve and fill with cold water. Add ice until you reach your target temperature. Most people are ready in under [10] minutes. No tools needed.

How long does it hold the cold?

It depends on room temperature, sun exposure, how much ice you add and whether the lid is on. The triple-layer walls and fitted lid are designed to slow heat transfer so your ice lasts longer than in an uninsulated tub. In our testing at [X°F] room temperature, water stayed below [X°F] for about [X] hours with the lid on.

How much ice do I need?

Start with the coldest tap water you have, then add ice gradually. Most people use [X–X lbs] to reach 50–59°F. A floating thermometer makes it easy to dial in.

Can I use it indoors?

Yes. Place it on a level floor with a mat or towel underneath. A full tub holds several hundred pounds of water, so on balconies or upper floors, check your floor's load capacity first. Drain it with the built-in valve and a garden hose.

What if it's not for me?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Start a return by emailing [support@polarpulse.com] — we'll send you instructions and our US return address. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is issued to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I clean and store it?

Drain it fully, wipe the inner liner with mild soap and water, and let it air dry before folding. Store it in the carry bag in a cool, dry place.

Is cold therapy right for me?

Cold immersion isn't for everyone. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, circulation issues, or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before using PolarPulse. Start with short sessions and never use it alone if you feel unwell.
